Are not grand 
Are not craft 
Are not art 
They are simple words 
From the imagination 
From the heart 
From the bones 
From the long-tired muscle 
Seeking release of a tension 
From the long-held breath 
Seeking exhalation 
From the baffled brain 
Seeking clarity 
From the unnamed feeling 
Seeking expression 
Which they are all 
Quite content to do 
It seems 
Through these 
Not grand 
Not crafted 
Not artistic 
Just simple
