Interpreter Wanted

Though I have 
The God given gift 
Of two ears with which to hear – 
Tuned into speech 
Of the English variety, 
With a little Gujarati thrown in – 
Lord knows I struggle to understand. 
Because words aren’t the full story 
When people don’t mean what they say 
And bodies speak another language 
And eyes read different to lips. 

Life and relationships 
Would be so much easier 
If there were a translation app for this.
